Earn a 免学费 degree with Michigan Reconnect

Michigan Reconnect has expanded to temporarily lower the eligibility age!
Now Michigan residents ages 21-24, including already enrolled community college students, can earn a degree or skills certificate, 免学费. 10月. 3, Governor Gretchen Whitmer kicked off “Opening Week” for adults ages 21 to 24 who have not yet earned a college degree to enroll in Michigan Reconnect, a 免学费 community college scholarship program previously limited to those 25 and older.
我符合资格吗??
To be eligible for the Michigan Reconnect expansion, students must:
- Be at least 21 years of age and not more than 24 years of age.
- 应用 and enroll in a community or tribal college no later than fall semester 2024.
- Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student 援助).
- Have lived in Michigan for at least a year.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent or certificate of completion.
- Have not yet completed a college degree.
